On the 12 th April, ISEG will host a seminar organised by the Portuguese Association of Political Economics on the subject of " What has Economics taught a Changing World?" which aims to reflect on the curricula of university economics students.
The special guest speaker is Wendy Carlin, from University College London, who will present the CORE project, which is an open-access platform for those interested in the economics of innovation, inequality and environmental sustainability.
A debate will also be held on the topic, with participation from José Maria Castro Caldas, from CES – Centre for Social Studies, Vicente Ferreira, from the Economia Plural Collective, and will be moderated by Manuel Branco, from Universidade de Évora.
The event will start at 14.30, in lecture Theatre 1 (Quelhas, 4 th Floor).
