The Lisboa School of Economics and Management of the Universidade de Lisboa and the Authority for Working Conditions are organising a Cycle of Training Sessions as part of Work Safety, entitled "Psychosocial & Labour Rights" to be held on the the 18th, 19th and 20th of June, 2014, in the Antitheatre 1, Quelhas Building, at the Universidade de Lisboa.
This Training Cycle, which lasts 3 days, covers three topics related to work safety and aims to contribute to the development of a culture of prevention the area of Health and Safety in the Workplace, with specific emphasis on Psychosocial & Labour Rights, through sharing scientific, technical and best practice information in this field. The promotion of a culture of prevention implies the adoption of practices that contribute to the prevention and control of risks at all levels, creating a general awareness of safety amongst the workforce and establishing pools of specialists capable of sustaining ever-increasing levels of Health and Safety in the workplace. It is divided into three modules which cover, respectively: Occupational Health and Safety (Module 1); Psychosocial Risks in the workplace and Moral Harassment (Module 2); and Labour Law and Health and safety in the workplace (Module 3). These modules can be studied all together, or separately.
