The Think Digital Talks events are part of the Postgraduation in Digital Marketing of IDEFE and they discuss some of the most relevant topics in digital marketing today. February’s guest speaker is Bernardo Rodo, Managing Director of OMD, one of the media agencies of the Omnicom group.
The presentation is on the theme "Don’t make consumers happy", and it will address some of the challenges that brands face in the current business climate. Sobre Bernardo Rodo:
Managing Director General of OMD since 2012. His career in the Omnicom Media Group began in 2007, when he took over the leadership of OMG Digital, and later also managed the Branded Entertainment unit. In 2009 he was invited to join the group's Worldwide Creative Board. The same year Editorial Presença published his first novel: "The Homeland of the Mad". He graduated in Business Communication, after studying Law for three years, and began his professional career in Nestlé's marketing department, followed by six years in advertising agencies. In 2005 he founded his own company in the area of Sales and Marketing. In 2013 he was appointed Chairman of IAB Portugal. Frequently he has been a speaker at marketing, communication and digital transformation conferences, and has acted as a mentor to start-ups in these areas. He regularly writes opinion articles.
