Alumni Económicas is organizing a webinar on ‘The Competitiveness of the Portuguese Economy’, on the 29th of September, at 19.000, with guest speakers António Saraiva, Jorge Magalhães Correia, Miguel St. Aubyn, Paulo Moita de Macedo and Luís Nazaré.
We are coming out of lockdown and this is now the time to evaluate the performance of the Portuguese economy over the recent years.
However, more important is to look ahead to what needs to be done in the near future, specifically using the tools at our disposal to face the challenges of the future. In this way we can rethink the competitive model of the Portuguese economy. Where are our biggest problems in terms of competitiveness? What threats and opportunities will we have to face when comparing ourselves with our international competition? What do we need to do in order that the country can regain a sustained growth trajectory over the long term?
Alumni Económicas has challenged an excellent panel to lead this discussion, and we invite you, now, to also come and participate in this important event, during the next great Alumni Económicas webinar.
