A Workshop on " University-Business Knowledge Transfer Management: Challenges for the future, based on case studies in Portugal, Spain and Brazil", will be held on the 23 rd February, from 09.00 to 17.30, in Auditorium 2 (Quelhas building, 2 nd Floor).
This workshop is organised by ISEG and UECE – Research Unit on Complexity and Economics, with the support of INPI – Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Insdustrial.
The aim of this workshop is to identify the way for perfecting university-business knowledge transfer (U-B) in Portugal, over the medium term.
In practical terms, the workshop should facilitate the identification of useful recommendations for knowledge transfer units in making for economic and policy-making purposes. Economic-wise, apart from the sales of knowledge transfer through licencing, the creation of spin-off companies and joint U-B businesses will be studied, as well as other extended university activities.
