Poder<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">O ISEG tem sido uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edder no estudo das desigualdades de g\u00e9nero nas esferas laboral e econ\u00f3mica \u2013 desde as an\u00e1lises sobre as disparidades salariais entre homens e mulheres at\u00e9 aos estudos sobre as assimetrias no poder econ\u00f3mico e na tomada de decis\u00e3o do universo empresarial. <br><br>A cria\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Observat\u00f3rio G\u00e9nero, Trabalho e Poder<\/strong> visa promover a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o regular de informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre estes temas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Criada no \u00e2mbito do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/investigacao\/policy-lab\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/investigacao\/policy-lab\/\">Policy Lab<\/a> do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/investigacao\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/investigacao\/\">ISEG Research<\/a>, esta infraestrutura procura colocar o conhecimento cient\u00edfico ao servi\u00e7o da mudan\u00e7a social no sentido da promo\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o plena e igualit\u00e1ria de mulheres e homens na vida p\u00fablica e privada, da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o integral da cidadania, do aprofundamento da justi\u00e7a social e do desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel da sociedade portuguesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p><strong>Com esse objetivo, o Observat\u00f3rio G\u00e9nero, Trabalho e Poder:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Oferece um Reposit\u00f3rio de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o, cobrindo trabalhos acad\u00e9micos, publica\u00e7\u00f5es cient\u00edficas, projetos, recursos (normas, diretrizes legais e referenciais) e not\u00edcias sobre os temas abordados pelo Observat\u00f3rio;<br><br>\u2022 Fornece informa\u00e7\u00e3o regular e atualizada sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de mulheres e homens no trabalho remunerado e n\u00e3o remunerado, desigualdades salariais (gender pay gap) e assimetrias no poder econ\u00f3mico e na tomada de decis\u00e3o da esfera empresarial;<br><br>\u2022 Ao envolver v\u00e1rios atores-chave no seu grupo de stakeholders \u2013 como sejam associa\u00e7\u00f5es cient\u00edficas, associa\u00e7\u00f5es de mulheres, confedera\u00e7\u00f5es empresariais, confedera\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais, entidades de supervis\u00e3o e regula\u00e7\u00e3o, Governo e organismos governamentais -, facilita a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o das evid\u00eancias em pr\u00e1ticas concretas nas quest\u00f5es relacionadas com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das desigualdades de g\u00e9nero nas esferas laboral e econ\u00f3mica, assim como a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-2 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Estas atividades s\u00e3o apoiadas por uma equipa de investigadoras\/es l\u00edderes da unidade ISEG Research \/ Policy Lab, liderada por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/faculty\/sara-falcao-casaca\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/faculty\/sara-falcao-casaca\">Sara Falc\u00e3o
