The Erasmus+ Programme offers professors the possibility of doing a teaching mobility in a higher education institution in the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Faculty mobility for teaching assignments represents a crucial component in the academic career of professors, promoting greater cultural and academic diversity. These programmes provide the ideal conditions for academic and professional development in an international context, boosting the enrichment, diversity and depth of the syllabus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Application deadline: 2 December 2025 to 30 January 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Professors who meet all of the following conditions will be eligible to apply for the programme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Minimum:<\/strong> 2 days;<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mobility to countries in the Regions 13 and 14 <\/strong>(see Eramus Grant Table<\/a>) have a minimum duration of 5 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maximum:<\/strong> 2 months (60 days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Minimum teaching hours per week: <\/strong>8H<\/p>\n\n\n\n When the mobility period exceeds one week, the number of extra days is calculated as follows:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n The average duration of funded teaching mobilities is 5 days<\/strong>excluding travelling days.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Application deadline: from 2 December 2025 to 30 January 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n Applications must be made by sending the requested documents to the International Mobility Office (imo@iseg.ulisboa.pt<\/a>) and submitted by the deadline set above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n You can find detailed information about the competition on the respective website. Notice<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Documents to submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Professor should contact the host institution directly (one of our Partner Universities<\/a>) in order to ascertain the possibility of carrying out the mobility for a teaching mission and to obtain the necessary signatures for the documents. Subsequently, he or she sends the above documents to the IMO, including the Teaching Agreement<\/em><\/a>This document, signed by the teacher and the host university, approves the teacher's teaching plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Once the professor has been admitted, the Rectorate's Mobility Centre issues an Erasmus+ Teacher Contract, through which the Erasmus+ grant will be awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The reference value for the STA Scholarship is \u20ac1,020.00 (average of 5 days of teaching mission funding).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Erasmus grant is made up of a per diem individual support amount and a travel allowance amount. Both amounts are based on the Table of Erasmus Grants<\/a> annually approved. The table presented is valid for the current 2025\/2026 school year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Travelling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the Erasmus+ Programme, travel costs are reimbursed based on the distance in kilometres between ULisboa and the host institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To do this, the distance is calculated using the European Commission's online tool:<\/p>\n\n\n\nEligibility<\/h2>
