Nesse contexto, est\u00e1 em curso o processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>HR Excellence in Research (HRS4R)<\/strong>, uma distin\u00e7\u00e3o europeia atribu\u00edda pela EURAXESS a institui\u00e7\u00f5es que adotam pr\u00e1ticas alinhadas com a <strong>Carta Europeia do Investigador<\/strong> e o <strong>C\u00f3digo de Conduta para o Recrutamento de Investigadores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h4 id=\"at-30860\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">O que \u00e9 o HRS4R?<\/h4><div id=\"ac-30860\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>O <strong>HRS4R \u2013 Human Resources Strategy for Researchers<\/strong> \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia europeia promovida pela Comiss\u00e3o Europeia que reconhece institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior e investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que adotam pr\u00e1ticas de recursos humanos alinhadas com os princ\u00edpios da <strong>Carta Europeia do Investigador<\/strong> e do <strong>C\u00f3digo de Conduta para o Recrutamento de Investigadores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estrat\u00e9gia HRS4R n\u00e3o \u00e9 um documento \u00fanico, mas sim um <strong>processo cont\u00ednuo de melhoria<\/strong>, baseado em ciclos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, que refor\u00e7a a competitividade, a atratividade e a qualidade do ecossistema cient\u00edfico europeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao aderir ao HRS4R, o ISEG assume o compromisso de criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais favor\u00e1veis para docentes, investigadores e pessoal de apoio \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, contribuindo para refor\u00e7ar a excel\u00eancia cient\u00edfica, o impacto social da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e a sua proje\u00e7\u00e3o o compromisso de implementar os seus 20 princ\u00edpios, que abrangem transpar\u00eancia nos processos de recrutamento, promo\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como condi\u00e7\u00f5es favor\u00e1veis de desenvolvimento de carreira, \u00e9tica, igualdade de oportunidades, mobilidade e bem-estar institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator Submiss\u00e3o da Carta de Ades\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4><div id=\"ac-30861\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>O primeiro passo do processo HRS4R consiste na <strong>manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o formal de compromisso<\/strong> por parte da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Neste contexto, o ISEG submeteu \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o Europeia a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/recursos-humanos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/10\/European-Charter-for-Researchers-_signed.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carta de Ades\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong>, onde declara publicamente o alinhamento com os 20 princ\u00edpios da Carta Europeia do Investigador e do C\u00f3digo de Conduta para o Recrutamento de Investigadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta carta, assinada pelo Presidente, confirma a inten\u00e7\u00e3o do ISEG de implementar uma estrat\u00e9gia de recursos humanos orientada por boas pr\u00e1ticas internacionais, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso com um ambiente acad\u00e9mico transparente, inclusivo e de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do percurso cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h4 id=\"at-30862\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\"><strong>2.
