registration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enrollment in the Master Final Work (MFW) is done by the student themselves, in the Fenix system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order for registration to be considered valid for the school year in question, it must be completed by the deadline stipulated for this purpose (see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/secretaria\/en\/academic-information\/academic-calendars\/important-deadlines\/\">important deadlines<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of MFW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The final master's work can be carried out in one of the following three types of formats and in accordance with the provisions of the syllabus for each master's course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Dissertation (available for all master's degrees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Work (only available for some master's degrees)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internship Report (only available for some master's degrees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internship at MFW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>What is the procedure for doing an internship under the MFW: *<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Register for MFW in Fenix within the defined deadlines (see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/secretaria\/en\/academic-information\/academic-calendars\/important-deadlines\/\">important deadlines<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for a company to do the internship with, and ask for help from the respective master's coordinator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The internship plan is sent to the academic services (<a href=\"mailto:smd@iseg.ulisboa.pt\">smd@iseg.ulisboa.pt<\/a>), accompanied by the internship application (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/secretaria\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2026\/03\/Request-for-an-Internship-_SMD-2.doc\">here<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>What information an internship plan should contain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Location of the internship, number of hours, start and end date, name of the supervisor in the company, definition of the internship plan (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/secretaria\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2026\/03\/Internship_Plan_SMD.docx\">structure of the plan<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The documents are delivered\/sent to the Academic Services \u2013 Master's Programs, which will forward the documentation for an opinion from the master's coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of acceptance, the <em>Career Services<\/em> an internship protocol as a final master's work tripartite between the Company, ISEG and the Intern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">You can also consult the \u00a0<a information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*If you want to do your internship outside Portugal, the MFW internship procedure abroad is exactly the same as the MFW internship procedure in Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> This information does not exempt you from consulting the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseg.ulisboa.pt\/secretaria\/en\/legislation-and-documents\/#uagb-tabs__tab1\">ISEG Master's Regulations<\/a> just like the <a
