The aim of ISEG's Mentoring program is to give recent graduates the best possible setting in the job market, creating the conditions for building successful career paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New graduates are continuously accompanied by their mentor during their integration into the job market, so that they can prepare for their future by extending their learning process, acquiring and improving skills. The mentor has the opportunity to \"sponsor\" someone with less experience, sharing their vast professional experience, creating the basis for professional success. This program is aimed at final-year students on all ISEG courses and former students with less than five years' professional experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This program also includes a series of training and development activities throughout its duration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These training sessions focus on developing soft skills and aim to help recent graduates gain competencies in the areas of communication, initiative, adapting to change and networking, which are considered fundamental to a successful professional career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
