Welcome to ISEG! We are ready to welcome you and to mark the beginning of one of the most important stages of your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Students entering the 1st year for the first time, through the National Competition for Access to Higher Education, must register\/enrol online from August 26 (10h00) to August 28, 2024 (23h59).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ISEG credentials will be sent by SMS. You must put lowercase L before the student number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Placed candidates must access the here<\/a>through the credentials received by SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will be directed to your Welcome screen, where you will see the information to process your Registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fenix Portal > \"Student\" tab > left side menu \"Enroll\" > option \"Enrollment processes\" > Click on \"Start process\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the final step, after selecting the \"confirm registration\" button, the \"proof of registration\" document is generated. Only after clicking the \"Finish\" button is the registration process complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will need to update your personal details on the various screens. At the end of registration, you will be directed to the CGD website to issue your Student Card (which can be bank or non-bank).<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have any questions, you can send an email to seclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Students must pay the registration fee, which includes the administrative fees of \u20ac50.00 + the first installment of tuition (\u20ac157.00) + school insurance (\u20ac2.10), for a total of \u20ac209.10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment must be made exclusively by ATM or home banking, using the bank reference and within a maximum of 5 days after registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can check the bank reference by following the steps below: Student >> View Account>> Payment Reference <\/p>\n\n\n\n Note: Students applying for a scholarship from SASUlisboa (Social Action Services) are exempt from paying the tuition fee (only the tuition fee). You should therefore send an email to (seclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt<\/a>) proof of your scholarship application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Student Card<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Student Card is essential for your day-to-day life within your Higher Education Institution and allows you to manage your life financially and academically. It is compulsory and free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To apply for your card online, you need to have the Digital Mobile Key. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Digital Mobile Key is a means of authentication and digital signature, certified by the Portuguese State, which allows the user to access various public or private portals and sign digital documents with a single login. This mechanism associates a cell phone number with the civil identification number for a Portuguese citizen, and the passport number or residence permit\/card for a foreign citizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Digital mobile key activation is available at www.autenticacao.gov.pt\/a-chave-movel-digital<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Welcome Week and<\/strong> Lectures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Welcome Week runs from September 2 to 6. During this week, students will get to know the campus, the course coordinators and curricular units, the IT system and all the information about ISEG's services, the staff, the President and his team. They will also get to know their classmates from other years and the various clubs and associations they can join. There will be some very interesting and important activities(!) After your placement, you'll have access to the entire agenda for this excellent week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Classes start on September 9, 2024, see calendar here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Statements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your student portal allows you to issue various types of declarations that are printed, signed and stamped. You can obtain declarations via the \"MyFenix\" tab > \"Services\" side menu > \"Requirements\" > \"Create\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requests for Under-23 declaration<\/strong> (declaration for the public transports), requested through the system indicated above, require the intervention of the services and after analysis are issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Academic Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Welcome to ISEG,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because the year is just beginning and many of you need our help, we have our entire team answering your questions and requests by email (seclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt<\/a>) and by phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Academic Services offers face-to-face services from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm (without an appointment).
