1. Preliminary processing of data:
- Variable transformation;
- Creation of synthetic indices and measures of reliability (Cronbach's Alpha).
2. Univariate data analysis:
- Description of the data: frequencies and descriptive statistics.
3. Bivariate data analysis:
- Variable crossings;
- Independence tests (parametric and non-parametric).
4. Multivariate data analysis:
- Simple, multiple and logistic linear regression;
- Analysis of main components;
- Cluster analysis: targeting audiences.
