Banca e Seguros (1 º Sem 2020/2021)

Following the previous announcement, please find below the detailed rules for the retake exam:

1. These rules are mandatory, along with those described in the post published in Aquila’s page of the course, on the 26th Jan.2021. 

2.   The students will have to connect via a link for a Teams meeting that will be provided by the administrative services of ISEG.

3.   The exam will be made available in Aquila. You will find it in the folder “Exam – Feb21” at the time of the exam, immediately before the start of each section. 

4.   The exam is open book. 

5.   The answers have to be handwritten using either a white paper or “ISEG paper”.

6.  At the end of the exam, the students will have to send their digitalized answers by e-mail to the Professor. You may use a scanner or a mobile photo. The email address of your Professor is jbluis@iseg.ulisboa.pt.

7.  After sending the email with your handwritten answers, the Professor will acknowledge the reception of these answers sending a confirmation message. Only after you got this confirmation you may leave the Teams meeting created for the exam. 

8.   When thought appropriate, an oral exam to confirm the grades in the written exam will be performed at a date and time to be announced by the Professor. 

1.   You have to make the necessary arrangements in order to get a room where no one is authorized to access during the exam. If someone enters in the room you will be immediately excluded.

2.   The room must have a good internet access.

3.   During the exam, the internet connection can only be used to communicate with me.

4.   You must be permanently connected via Teams to the digital room WITH YOUR CAMERA AND MICRO ON. I gmay not be with my camera on BUT IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOUR CAMERA AND MICROPHONE ARE PERMANENTLY ON.

5.   Given that the exam is open book, you are authorised to use support materials, AS LONG AS THEY ARE ON A PAPER BASE, AS NO OTHER DEVICES ARE AUTHORISED, BESIDES A CALCULATOR AND THE COMPUTER YOU ARE USING FOR THE EXAM.

6.   In the very beginning you will write with your own hand that you fully accomplished with the rules and that you used no devices nor materials besides the authorised paper based support materials, you don’t use neither any help from no one nor any other ways that will put you in a better situation than your colleagues.

7.   After finishing the exam, you will shot your handwritten exam with your camera and you will send the photos by e-mail to me.

Dear Students, I've just released the final grades for the course. The session for the discussion of grades will be tomorrow at 6 pm. I ask you to send me an e-mail until 11 pm today, identifying the doubts you may have and the questions you are referring to. I'll also post in Aquila the correction criteria and the details behind your gradesx, in the folder Exam - Jan21. The retake exam will occur next Monday, the 1st Feb. at 6pm, according to the initial calendar. I'll post the rules for this exam soon. Kind regards, Jorge Barros Luís

Dear Students,

We'll resume our lectures in person this Monday, the 23rd Nov. Regarding this week's lecture, I would like to propose you a make-up lecture on the 9th December, 6:30 pm.

Please let me know if you have any restrictions about this date until next lecture (on the 23rd Nov.).
