Lecturing follows the regime of separate theoretical and practical classes. In the first half of the week there are 2 theoretical classes, 1h 30m each, illustrated with some empirical examples. Guidance and illustration about solving exercises occur in a 2hour practical class, in the second half of each week.
Assessment is based in two written exams (one in the mid-term, and another at the end of the semester) and in the resolution of problem sets during the semester. Alternatively, the student can choose to be assessed only by a final exam.
