Dear IDBA Students, I've marked your multiple choice tests and there were just two results in terms of the marks awarded. This is so because some of you failed 2 out of the 10 questions and a few other failed 3 out of the 10 questions.
The marks are on the scale we use at ISEG, which goes from 0 to 20 (20 being 100%).
I'm also informing you that I decided not to discount anything in the question about patent strategy. Despite I think the right questions was "neither", I admit that the choice for a PCT application was also possible, though with this choice probably being more expensive than just going for two direct national patent applications, respectively in countries X and Y.
