Finanças Públicas na União Económica e Monetária (1 º Sem 2020/2021)

1 - The exam will only be accessible to students in the list provided by the Masters and Phd office.

2 - The exam will take place online, in a MS Teams meeting, and will have the duration of two hours.  Your camera and microphone should be permanently switched on. The session may be recorded. 

3 - The exam’s questionnaire will be submitted in a pdf document to your ISEG email address and your answers should also be submitted in a pdf document to my email address: aafonso@iseg.ulisboa.pt. There will be no conversations concerning the questionnaire, for the whole duration of the exam. We can only talk about problems regarding the reception of the questionnaire and submission of your answers.

4 - You should be able to print the exam’s questionnaire as soon as I would email it to you, which I will do within 10 minutes before the time of its beginning. Ideally you should scan your solution to the exam before submitting it back to me (you can do it any time, but that means that you finished your exam).  Exams which would be unreadable, because copies have been photographed, may not be quoted.

5 - I will only consider the file with your answers if it arrives before 20:05. 

6 - While solving the exam you should keep the both the camera and the microphone of your computer switched on. The camera should be pointed towards you and the desk in which you will be solving the exam in a way that your paper should be visible. You should not handle any electronic device (mobile phone, tablet or computer) while solving the exam.

7 - It will be an open book exam. You can only consult paper documents. The use of any electronic device is forbidden for the duration of the exam. 

8 - In your answers please be aware of the fact that I know you may be using other materials. This means that answers or part of the answers not related to the specific question or unproven results will not be considered and/or may be discounted if they appear to be systematic or similar to other exams.  

9 - Your exam will immediately be considered as  terminated if any of the following events take place: if the transmission is interrupted, if you abandon your desk, if someone is perceived to be close to you, if you use any electronic device, or if any other similar event takes place. 

10 - The classification of the exam will be posted in Aquila.
