Objectives

- Give them to know the major theories and conceptual frameworks to understand: a) the nature of the strategies of organizations at various levels, b) processes, deliberate and emergent training strategies c) nature of strategic management;
- Provide them with adequate conceptual tools for research, analysis, decision in strategic context;
- Through researching and analyzing cases in a group, to motivate the empirical research in this area.

Skills to develop: With use discipline, students should be able to:
- Analyze and ' make sense ' with relational factors affecting the placement and performance of the organization (s) market (s);
- Appreciate the role of strategic management in complex and ambiguous;
- Identify courses of action to create conditions for the survival, growth and competitive advantage of the organization renewed;
- Discuss and comment reasoned controversies on competitiveness.
