Dear students,
Final grades are now available. Detailed grades are available in section “Grades”. Topics for solving the final exam will be posted soon.
Students who wish to ask for a revision of their exam may do so next Wednesday (July 1st) at 9:00 am on MS Teams [GF1-E E11 (Theoretical/Practical)].
We would like to remind students that revision of the exam may result in an increase, a no change or a decrease of the final grade.
Students to whom it applies provision 4 of Rules and Regulation for exams 2nd semester 2019-2020 will be called for an oral examination held on July 1st.
Best regards,
Victor Barros

[CF1] Information about Exams and Assessment
Dear students,
This message has the purpose of providing details for the final exam (EN/Regular Period). Overall, guidelines already disclosed by ISEG’s Deanship were adopted.
The exam will have three parts.
The first two will combine multiple-choice questions and a theoretical question (requires typewriting), which shall all be answered on Aquila.
The solution for the third part will be handwritten and submitted through Aquila (a photo is acceptable). The exam will last for about 1:30 hours. Further details will be disclosed closest to the examination date. The duration of each part is not yet defined, although it should not affect your preparation for the exam.
The exam will cover all chapters of the syllabus, except the final one on Financial Planning.
The platform for the final exam is Aquila, similar to Quizzes. All students must connect through Teams 15 minutes before the exam for further instructions. For surveillance purposes, all students should be connected on Teams throughout the exam period with a camera turned on. At any moment, questions may be raised through Teams chat.
The continuous evaluation system in ‘Corporate Finance I’ is mandatory, despite the provision detailed in paragraph 4 of the “Rules and Regulation for exams 2nd semester 2019-2020” available here.
In due time, the coordination of CF1/GF1 will define how to address the evaluation system, whether a student failed to complete one module (Quizzes or Problem Sets).
According to the RGAC (General Rules and Regulations for Bachelors Degree Knowledge Assessment) available here, students with a grade equal to or greater than 17 points may be called an oral examination.
Lastly, I would like to thank you for all the feedback during the semester, for the effort to learn corporate finance, and above all, for your courage and resilience in the current challenging times. You made us all proud and you are the example for the next generation of ISEG’s students.
Great effort!
Best regards,
Victor Barros
