Operational Research (1 º Sem 2019/2020)

In the break week (from 25 ^th to 31 ^st October) there will be a midterm test that covers the first half of the program. In the "Regular Period exam" there will be a second midterm test that covers the second half of the program. In this Regular Period exam students who wish may quit the first midterm text grade and repeat the evaluation of the first half of the program . Each half of the program has a 50 % worth of the final grade, being classified from 0 to 10.

The grade of the Regular Period is the sum of the two midterm test grades or the minimum between this sum and 9 in case a minimum grade of 4 in 10 in each of the midterm exams is not reached.

Students who do not get a grade higher than or equal to 9.5 in the Regular Period will be submitted to the "Repeat Period".

Students who are submitted to the Repeat Period and do not get a grade higher than or equal to 9.5 in the exam fail to conclude Operational Research.

Students who obtain 17.5 or more and would like to have a final grade greater than 17 may be called to an oral exam.

  It is allowed to consult 1 A4 sheet in the midterm tests and 2 A4 sheets in the other exams.

  Calculating machines, computers and mobile phones are not allowed, neither in the exams nor in the midterm tests.
