FOR THE STUDENTS THAT ARE ENTITLED TO TAKE THIS EXAM

This exam will be held through MS Forms and will last for 95 minutes; new Teams rooms were created for this purpose.

- During the exam, students must turn on the computer’s microphone and camera in MS Teams, beginning 15 minutes before the exam scheduled time;

- During the exam, students must put the computer's sound low;

- The exam has 3 parts, each one with time limited to 45, 20 and 30 minutes, respectively;

- Each part is made available through a link on the“Chat” of Teams;

- Note that there may be more than one page in each part so you have to check if there is need to press the NEXT button at the end of the pages;

- Each part of the exam of the student is considered only after pressing the SUBMITT button. Pay attention: after pressing this button you can no longer go back and if you don’t press in time the exam is not accepted;

- After one part is over, professor sends the link of the next part;

- The minimum quotation for each question is zero and the maximum is near the question;

- There is no need of uploads. The students write on the computer and not on paper.

Note that

To avoid difficulties with internet access, students should take the following precautions before the start of the exam:

1. Check which is your "default" browser.
2. For this "default" browser, check whether you have logged on to any account other than your ISEG school account. If you have, then LOG OUT OF THIS ACCOUNT! If you access the exam via an account other than your own dedicated school account, your exam WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. Access http://portal.office.com and log on to your ISEG school account. After logging on, maintain the browser open, as this will make the process much quicker and easier.
4. The acceptable browsers are:
   • Microsoft Edge Chromium
   • Google Chrome
   • Mozilla Firefox ​​​​​​​

The use of any other browser can result in incompatibility problems and accordingly make it difficult to access your exam. In particular, Safari has various incompatibility problems.
