The Macroeconomics of Heterogeneous Agents (2 º Sem 2018/2019)

To introduce students to the relevance of micro-heterogeneity for macroeconomic dynamics. We focus in two topics: (i) immigration and fiscal policy and (ii) risk and entrepreneurship. The goal is to produce two essays, one on each topic, with potential to constitute two chapters of a PhD dissertation.
