Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings (2 º Sem 2017/2018)

The evaluation method is based on multiple criteria weighting as follow:

-  An essay                  15%

-  Case Study Analysis 30%

-  Final Exam               55%

It is a requirement to pass to get a minimum of 9.5 points out of 20 in the final exam.
