Investments and Portfolio Management (1 º Sem 2020/2021)

During the Friday tutorial, we will be solving (at least part of) the Computer Assignment 2, now available online. Students should try to solve it before class to be able to follow the tutorial.

By the end of this week, all students should also be able to solve all the Exercises of the "IPM Booklet of Exercises" up to and including Exercise 1.15. Any questions concerning the booklet exercises should be discussed between colleagues or clarified during office hours (that must be booked in advance). 

During tomorrow's tutorial, we will solve the "Computer Assignment 1" (available online in the exercises section).

I strongly recommend all student to try to solve it before hand in excel, so you can better follow the tutorial and clarify concrete doubts you may have.

IPM's formulas sheet and Booklet of Exercises is now available online in Aquila.

Be aware that by the end of THIS week you should be able to solve, by yourselves, all exercises up to Exercise 1.10.

Due to the sudden death of a close family member, I am unable to tech today's tutorial.

Quiz 1, covering the entire PART I of the syllabus takes place tomorrow, via Aquila, between 14.30h and 15.10h. 

There is a 5 min of tolerance for final submission, but after 15.15h the system will not accept submissions. 

The Quiz has a total of 20 questions (2 min per question).

After finishing the Quiz students have a 10 minutes break, but the Tutorial goes on at 15.25 in MS Teams.
