Breve introdução

This course is about European Union Law, i.e., the making of the EU - The Treaties. It also focuses the institutions of the European Union and power disputes among them, in the framework of the decision-making system. The course offers an overview of the EU sources of law and judicial review performed by the EU Court of Justice. The final part is devoted to the EU core function: the internal market, with a brief look to the so-called digital single market.
