Breve introdução

The course Economic History of Portugal makes students think critically on the different explanations for development in a long-term perspective by taking the case of Portugal. In introduces students with the relationship of Portugal?s economy to the differente stages of the world economy since the 18th century and the divergent paths to growth within Europe.
