Social Responsibility and Ethics (1 º Sem 2017/2018)

- Reflect critically around the challenges that the planet faces in the century. XXI and the implications for the management of organizations;
- Understand the interrelationships between the economic, social and environmental dimensions and realize how they affect the exercise of management. Understand the dilemmas and contradictions related to ethical issues;
- Ensure a strategic vision of social responsibility management, and realize how to integrate sustainability into the strategic planning of the organization;
- Develop leadership skills and behaviors for sustainability;
- Apply social responsibility strategies in the organizational context;
- Know social responsibility initiatives through exposure to different examples, case studies and experiences;
- Know innovative solutions to the challenges of sustainability.
