Gestão Financeira II (1 º Sem 2015/2016)

. Formulae that is going to be used in the EN (final test) and ER (final exam) is available for download (students should not bring these formulae, since they will be part of the tests);

. Two tests from last year and the corresponding solutions are also available - it is important to note, at this level, that topics covered are not a perfect match. In spite of the fact that topic coverage is broadly similar some topics were covered this year (Chapter 16, for example) but not last year. In some other cases the opposite happened (Chapter 19, for example);

. Given some new issues found in Problem Sets marks, a newly revised version of the marks table was published. 

. In accordance with ISEG general assessment rules, in order to get approved in EN (época normal) - in order to be able to reach a final grade of 10 or plus in an undergraduate course, without the need to do the ER (época de recurso) exam - every student needs to attend the EN exam;

. In the Corporate Finance II (Gestão Financeira II) Course, students are expected to reach a grading of at least 7,0 (out of 20,0) in the EN exam. 

Several students approached the Gestão Financeira II' teaching team, reporting some issues related to Problem Set Marks. Most of these issues were related to an IT problem that now seems to have been surpassed. Our apology for this.

A new grading table that addresses all issues reported to the teaching team is now available.

If any other issue arises, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Reasonable doubts were raised in relation to questions 3.e), 4.b) and 6. The corresponding formulation was changed in order to address those concerns. Sincere apologies.  

Taking the previous fact into consideration, the deadline for submission was extended to 18.00 GMT, 24.12.2015.

Following several suggestions from students, a second  Tutorial Session  was booked for  Friday, 18th December, 2015, from 14.00 to 16.30 in Anfiteatro 3, Francesinhas 2 Building . During this session a group of assessment exercises will be solved. 

Problem Set 5 is already available for dowload . The deadline for submission is 13.00 GMT, 123rd december, 2015;

As previously mentioned in the theoretical lectures, it will be possible to (re)do quizzes 1 and 2 in a special session that will take place on Salão Nobre (Quelhas Building, 4th floor), between 13.00GMT and 14.00 GMT, Monday, 14.12.2015.

. Problem Set 4 is already available for dowload. The deadline for submission is 13.00 GMT, 11th december, 2015;

. The mid term test review session will take place on Thursday, 10th december, 2015, from 13.00 to 14.30 in room 001, Francesinhas 1 Building. In the same session, but beginning later, any douts related to Quizzes 1 to 3 will be answered and clarified (this includes issues related to students that claim to have submitted answers to quizzes without any corresponding mark in the grading lists);

. Following several appeals from students, a first Tutorial Session was booked for Friday, 11th December, 2015, from 14.00 to 16.30 in Anfiteatro 3, Francesinhas 2 Building. During this session a group of assessment exercises will be solved. 

To GF2-M11 students - Monday, 7th Dcecember 2015, at 19:00h, classroom F1-105, an extra class will be lectured to solve exercises from 8.14 to 9.21. M11 students are strongly advised to attend this extra class.
