Gestão Financeira II (1 º Sem 2010/2011)

Happy New Year!

Here's a list of relevant information for the Christmas break period and the exam:

1. Language of the Exam: The Exam will be written both in English and in Portuguese.
2. Formulary: each student can bring one A4 piece of paper with whichever notes/formulae he or she wants.
3. Material Covered: the exam covers all the material seen in the lectures and in the classes, as well as in the relevant chapters/sections of the recommended textbook.
4. Structure of the Exam: The exam has 10 questions with multiple choice (for 10 points), and the other half of the exam has questions which students actually have to solve and show step by step (both theory and practice). The final grade is the maximum of the average or the exam grade.
5. Students who did not participate in the "Continuous Valuation" elements (test and group work assignment) may attend the regular season exam, but have to solve one additional question.
6. Doubts and Questions: During the break students may always email their class instructors to clarify any doubts. Prof. Clara Raposo keeps her office hour on mondays at 2:30pm (Room 616, Rua Miguel Lupi, 20), plus she will be available for last minute doubts on Tuesday january 4th at 3:00pm in a room to be announced.

There will be an extra class this monday at 2:00pm in Room 105 (Francesinhas I).

Prof. Débora Martins will be available to clarify doubts and finish solving Problem Set 5.

There will be no lecture (aula teórica) on thursday, December 9th at 10:00.
