Exam Registration for Grade Improvement

All enrolment for the students are hereby informed that registrations in repeat assessment period exams for the purposes of grade improvement must be done via the FENIX portal:

   Login Fenix > Enrol > Evaluations > Select de course unit and semester 

Registration deadlines:

»    After the course unit grade has been issued to the student and  up to 48 hours before the day/time of the relevant exam  .

Payment:

»   After registering the enrolment for the Course Unit (on Fenix), an outstanding due is automatically created for  30 eur os  per course unit;

»    To obtain your bank reference, access the FENIX Portal and select the menu  "  Student Portal   " , options  "  Academic Services   " , followed by  "  Current Account   "  and then click on  "  Obtain MB Reference   " , which enables you to visualize the reference ; 
»   Payment should be made at a Multibanco (ATM) or on the Internet (homebanking), using the details of the bank reference (entity and reference number).

Important notes:

»    Grade improvement registrations can be cancelled within the same deadlines at those for registering. 
»     No student may take a written exam without being properly registered for that exam. 
»     It is the student´s responsibility to ensure their registration has been successfully completed on Fenix. It is recommended that you print and save the proof of registration that is generated when you carry out your registration. 
»     Registrations for each assessment period may only be done within the established deadlines. 
»     Each student may register themselves  only once  . 
»     The exam fee is  non-refundable  , even if the student does not take the exam. It is also independent of the result obtained  (the student´s best result will always be the one used). 
»    Student´s who are not in good financial standing will not able to register to take exams for the purposes of grade improvement. Once any outstanding payments are made, access will be unblocked and the student may register provided it is within the pre-established deadlines.
