SecLic Students   Changes to Enrolment for Course Units

Changes to Enrolment for Course Units

    The list of those who are provisionally automatically enrolled in the 2 nd Semester in course units for classes operating in consecutive semesters due to the precedence regime, will be published on Fenix on the   12th of February, 2024.
    The actualised enrolment forms should be consulted on the Fenix portal, as from the date mentioned above:

    Steps:
      Login Fenix → Student → Enrol → Enrolments

    All automatic changes will contemplate the re-sit examination grades submitted by professors up until the 12 th of February, 2024
    Late submission of grades by professors after the 11th of February should be regularised directly by students on Fenix during the designated enrolment change period.
    Students may alter their enrolment in classes for 2 nd Semester course units on Fenix, on a first-come-first-served basis, during the following period:
    Where to make the change:

    Steps:
      Login Fenix→ Student → Enrol → Enrolment Processes→ Registrations Renewal

    Deadlines for changes:
           12th February (10:00) until 23:59 16th February, 2024

    Please Note:

    - Changes can only be made on the Fenix portal on the days indicated for this purpose, and it is only possible to make changes to enrolments in course units/classes of the 2 nd Semester that have vacancies. Late alterations/enrolment after the stipulated deadline will not be accepted;
    - Each student can only enrol in a number of course units during each Academic Year that corresponds to a maximum of 72 ECTS credits. This restriction includes all enrolments for course units that operate on a consecutive semesters system, and also cases of extraordinary written tests,as governed by Article 5 of the current General Rules and Regulations  for Knowledge Assessment;
    - Before making any changes it is recommended to double check the timetable of classes on the enrolment form, and also the Exam Periods calendar;
    - There are few places available for changes to enrolment in 2 nd Semester course units, and it is thus recommended that any change made should be made with great care, as once an enrolment is cancelled, or a class is altered, it is unlikely that there will still be a vacancy in the original course unit/class;
    - Students with outstanding dues will be barred from making changes to enrolments.
