How will the system work and what will you have to do?
Before the event
Register for the event and the activities you want to take part in using the registration form.

On the day of the event
Check in at the fair entrance and present the QR Code you received in the confirmation e-mail. Your profile will be linked to your student card (or Beamian card - issued at the entrance to the fair).
By swiping your card on the beamer (electronic identifier) that each company will have on its stand, your CV will automatically be associated with that company in a convenient and effective way, eliminating the need for paper CVs, which benefits both students and recruiters and, of course, the environment itself.
After the event
At the end of the event, the companies present receive a personalised list of all interested candidates and their CVs, thus facilitating the selection and recruitment process. At the same time, the event organisers receive a communication with the event's attendance statistics.
