Welcome to ISEG! We are ready to welcome you and to mark the beginning of one of the most important stages of your life.
Registration
Students entering the 1st year for the first time, through the National Competition for Access to Higher Education, must register/enrol online from August 25 to 27 (10h00), 2025 (23h59)subject to confirmation by DGES
Instructions
ISEG credentials will be sent by SMS. You must put lowercase L before the student number.
Don't use mobile devices, use a computer to register.
If you do not register by the deadline, you will lose your place.
Placed candidates must access the herethrough the credentials received by SMS.
You will be directed to your Welcome screen, where you will see the information to process your registration.
Fenix Portal > "Student" tab > left side menu "Enroll" > option "Enrollment processes" > Click on "Start process".
In the final step, after selecting the "confirm registration" button, the "proof of registration" document is generated. Only after clicking the "Finish" button is the registration process complete.
You will need to update your personal details on the various screens.

Payments
Students must pay the registration fee, which includes the administrative fees of €50.00 + the first installment of tuition (€157.00) + school insurance (€2.10), for a total of €209.10.
Payment must be made exclusively by ATM or home banking, using the bank reference and within a maximum of 5 days after registration.

Note: Students applying for a scholarship from SASUlisboa (Social Action Services) are exempt from paying the tuition fee (only the tuition fee). You should therefore send an email to (seclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt) proof of your scholarship application.
Student Card
The Student Card is essential for your day-to-day life within your Higher Education Institution and allows you to manage your life financially and academically. It is compulsory and free of charge.
CGD will be at the Library Building from September 15th to 19th from 2pm to 6pm. Before that, go to Fénix > Personal Area > Identification Card and gives the necessary authorizations.
You can choose a bank or non-bank card.
To apply for your card online, you need to have the Digital Mobile Key.
The Digital Mobile Key is a means of authentication and digital signature, certified by the Portuguese State, which allows the user to access various public or private portals and sign digital documents with a single login. This mechanism associates a cell phone number with the civil identification number for a Portuguese citizen, and the passport number or residence permit/card for a foreign citizen.

Statements
Your student portal allows you to issue various types of declarations that are printed, signed and stamped. You can obtain declarations via the "MyFenix" tab > "Services" side menu > "Requirements" > "Create"
Requests for Under-23 declaration (declaration for the pass), requested through the system indicated above, are issued automatically by the system upon request.
Welcome Week
On the day September 1stThe new undergraduate students will be welcomed with a general welcome session, integration activities and a peddy-paper to explore ISEG. On September 2ndThe students will get to know ISEG XLAB and the course coordinators through classroom sessions for the respective courses. This will be followed by the ISEG Action Day - September 3rd - a day off campus entirely dedicated to leisure and sporting activities.
We end the week with ISEG Welcome PartyThe event is open to the entire academic community - music, conviviality and good energy to get the school year off to the best possible start. Mark your calendar now, Friday September 5th, from 18h00in the Patio das Francesinhas.

Academic Services offers face-to-face services from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm (without an appointment). We also offer face-to-face services between 2pm and 4pm (by appointment at seclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt). Our contact details and opening times can be found here.
