1st Year Student Registration/Enrollment 2026/2027 (2nd Phase) – Online
Placed through the National Higher Education Access Competition.

Registration
Students entering for the first time in the first year, through the National Competition for Access to Higher Education, must complete their online enrollment/registration 1 (10h00) October 3, 2026 (11:59 PM)subject to confirmation by DGES
Instructions
ISEG credentials will be sent by SMS. You must put lowercase L before the student number.
Don't use mobile devices, use a computer to register.
If you do not register by the deadline, you will lose your place.
Placed candidates must access the herethrough the credentials received by SMS.
You will be directed to your Welcome screen, where you will see the information to process your registration.
Fenix Portal > "Student" tab > left side menu "Enroll" > option "Enrollment processes" > Click on "Start process".
In the final step, after selecting the "confirm registration" button, the "proof of registration" document is generated. Only after clicking the "Finish" button is the registration process complete.
You will need to update your personal details on the various screens.

Payments
Students must regularize the tuition fee, which includes the Payment of Administrative Act Fees in the amount of €50.00 + 1st installment of Tuition (€157.00) + School Insurance (€2.10), for a total amount of €209.10.
Payment must be made exclusively by ATM or home banking, using the bank reference, within a maximum of 5 days after registration.
You must check the bank reference via the following path: Personal >> Services >> Current Account >> Payment Reference.
Note: Scholarship applicants to SASUlisboa (Social Action Services) are exempt from paying tuition fees (tuition fee amount only) at the time of enrollment. You should therefore emailseclic@iseg.ulisboa.pt) proof of your scholarship application.
Student Card
The Student Card is essential for your day-to-day life within your Higher Education Institution and allows you to manage your life financially and academically. It is compulsory and free of charge.
In the enrollment process, you will need your Chave Móvel Digital. If you do not have your Chave Móvel Digital, you can get your card in person.
CGD will be at the Library Building from September 28 to October 2 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. But attention! Before that, it will go to Fénix > Personal Area > Identification Card and gives the necessary authorizations.
You can choose a bank or non-bank card.

Statements
Your student portal allows you to issue various types of declarations that are printed, signed and stamped. You can obtain declarations via the "MyFenix" tab > "Services" side menu > "Requirements" > "Create"
Requests for Under-23 declaration (declaration for the pass), requested through the system indicated above.
