The sample consists in 148 voluntary participants, who operate in different organization sectors. The data was obtained from an online survey. 4 hypotheses were formulated, H1 refers to the influence of CSR in the Work Engagement, H2 refers to the influence of CSR in Work Satisfaction and the H3 and H4 refers to the mediator effect of Organizational Identification when included in the first two hypotheses, respectively.
The results confirm the hypotheses that were investigated. This means that CSR has a positive influence in Work Engagement and Work Satisfaction. Also, the Organizational Identification has a mediator effect between CSR and the other two variables studied. In conclusion, this study has reinforced the importance of the CSR practices into work performance and personnel actions within the organizations.
