World Bank Group - Career Event

The ISEG Career Office and the World Bank Group will be hosting a career event introducing internship opportunities and the newly integrated Young Professionals Program (WBG YPP), its flagship recruitment program now representing the World Bank, IFC and MIGA. The event will be followed by a Q&A.

Attend this event to learn about how the program has changed, and other early career opportunities for young professionals. Highly motivated postgraduate students and alumni from various fields of study relevant to international development/finance are strongly encouraged to attend.

The World Bank Group (WBG) is one of the world’s largest sources of funding and knowledge for developing countries. WBG staff work with governments, civil society groups, the private sector and others in developing countries around the world, in all areas of international development, from policy and strategic advice to the identification, preparation, appraisal and supervision of development projects.

WBG staff are recruited from around the world, with preference to nationals of WBG member countries and countries of operations. We welcome all qualified individuals, from diverse professional, academic and cultural backgrounds to apply. Sub-Saharan African nationals, Caribbean nationals, women, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to attend.
