THE CHALLENGE
Participants (grouped in teams) should prepare a 5-minute pitch about their ideas to solve a defined people challenge that will impact Nestlé employees’ engagement.
INGREDIENTS
- Teams of 2 – 3 university students.
- Use any resource to elaborate your ideas and prepare for an impactful pitch.
- 5 min to pitch + 10 min Q&A with the judges.
- Availability during ‘Shark Tank’timeframe.
- Submit your project 1 week before the pitch in front of the judges.
PRIZE
The top 5 winning teams will enjoy the ultimate group prize at Nestlé:
- On-site learning workshop on Entrepreneurial skills.
- Visit the Nestlé campus in Linda-a-Velha.
The final winner and its team members, depending on their degree, will be awarded with:
- If Bachelor students: 1 month Summer Internship Program in July or August 2022 for all team members.
- If Master students: opportunity to use Nestlé data and insights for their Master thesis.
EVALUATION
- Impactful communication, the way the team speaks up and stands behind their idea
- Relevance, if the idea is relevant and realistic for the given people challenge.
- Disruptive idea, if the idea is disrupts the current environment and ways of working by bringing innovative approach.
- Resourceful, to address the required resources, actions and potential of their idea.
AND REMEMBER… DON’T BE A SHARK. OWN THE TANK.
