Biografia
Ricardo Figueiredo Belchior is an Assistant Professor at ISEG, University of Lisbon since 2006, and a researcher at ADVANCE/CSG, who holds a Ph.D. in Management - Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship (ISCTE-IUL) since 2019, a Master in Finance (ISEG), and a Bachelor in Management (ISEG).
With previous non-academic professional experience in the private and public sectors, as an entrepreneurship and innovation scholar, I focus on entrepreneurial cognition and innovation management. My most relevant publications include the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, the International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, and the Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy. I also frequently collaborate with other international academic journals and international conferences committees as an invited reviewer.
As a lecturer, and as a dissertation/thesis supervisor, my goal is to instill critical and informed thinking for better decision-making and responsible citizenship.
