Spring Semester 2024/2025The landlord did not provide a rental contract and failed to maintain the apartment's cleanliness as agreed (he never sent a proper cleaning service). In the end, he refused to return my deposit, even after assuring me that everything was fine and that I would receive it back. After I left the country, he changed his stance and blamed me for the apartment's cleanliness, despite the fact that I had asked him multiple times to come and inspect the place before my departure, and he told me everything was in order. His name is Jose Gabriel Beltran Meireles. Please inform future students not to book his apartment to avoid similar issues.

Spring Semester 2024/2025Little bit expensive, good service and quick response from the website (Spotahome) and from the landlord, partwise poor conditions of the accommodation.

Perfect position (just 5 minutes from ISEG on foot, near the centre and transportation means); good price. The house is quite little and old and the landlords live in the same building.

Heard about Spotahome through my home university website with exchange student reports. We found your accommodation at Spotahome and rented the apartment through the company Feeling In. We are very satisfied with the apartment, payment, communication and overall with the landlord as well! When we move in we had a house tour to check if everything was good and we received a rental contract afterwards and paid the deposit. When we moved out we again had this house tour and the deposit was refunded in 3 days.
