Objectives
To provide an overview of the theoretical and empirical approaches in sociology of work and employment.
To develop an understanding and a critical perspective concerning changes in industrial society and the emergence of a post-industrial society, of new forms of work organization, skills, globalization, technological and organizational restructuring, employment and industrial relations.
