Integrated Cycle "Towards More Efficient Management: Contributions (I)"

Cycle of Seminars as part of the CEGE/ISEG Executive Programs

Objectives
With this Integrated Cycle, that's what we wanted to create: a space for reflection around four anchor themes that, while not neglecting knowing and doing, focused above all on knowing and being, because therein lies the true differentiating factor of a manager.

The Cycle is presented in the form of short seminars (1 day), where each session will stand on its own, but will be integrated into a coherent whole, thus ensuring a common thread throughout the various sessions.

The content of the seminars is deliberately geared towards personal development and the management of people in an organizational context, with several moments set aside for sharing experiences and one's own view of things.

Seminar 1 - Emotions, Rationality and Management - March 7th, 2009
Seminar 2 - Power and Authority - March 21st, 2009
Seminar 3 - The Essential and the Accessory - April 4th, 2009
Seminar 4 -
Management as Art - April 18th, 2009
