The Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão and EWMD Portugal (European Women's Management Development International Network) European Organization for the Development of Management Skills in Women, signed on the day February 12, 2009 a collaboration protocol, at the time of the 1st EWMD Portugal Seminar on "Leadership in the 21st Century", which had as speaker Prof. Soumodip Sarkar from the University of Évora.
The present protocol takes into account the specialization in management training of ISEG and the characteristics and objectives of EWMD Portugal, and has as scope:
- Activities in the fields of education and training (preparing, leading and teaching courses and training activities);
- Carrying out research projects and providing services to the community;
- Exchange of technical-scientific and informative material and publications/literature considered of interest to both entities, safeguarding all intellectual property rights concerned;
- Provide networking among its members, organization of conferences and training sessions for dynamic learning and access to world-class experts.
