Nuno Crato is the new CEO of Taguspark, replacing Américo Thomati. The board of directors is composed of Cruz Serra (chairman), Luís Todo Bom, Ramon Ribeiros and José Tribolet.
Nuno Crato, hopes to attract more universities and companies to Taguspark: "As a science and technology park, I hope that more universities will move resources to Taguspark, that more companies will join Taguspark to create more dynamism in that pole", said Nuno Crato.
Nuno Crato is full professor of Mathematics and Statistics at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, in Lisbon, pro-rector for Scientific Culture at the Technical University of Lisbon, president and scientific coordinator of Cemapre, president of the Portuguese Mathematical Society (SPM) and member of the managing bodies of the International Forum of Portuguese Researchers (FIIP).
