ISEG professor's doctoral thesis honored with American Accounting Association award

The doctoral thesis by ISEG Assistant Professor Sofia M. Lourenço was awarded the "2011 Outstanding Management Accounting Section Dissertation Award" by the American Accounting Association.

The thesis "Do Monetary Incentives, Feedback and Recognition Matter for Performance? Evidence from a Field Experiment in a Retail Services Company" was written as part of the doctoral program in Business Administration at Harvard Business School, Harvard University.
