WHAT IS EDUCATION CHALLENGERS?
It is a non-traditional pedagogical program consisting of activities designed, developed and executed voluntarily by the students themselves in parallel with their university attendance.
WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES OF CHALLENGERS EDUCATION?
- Develop the personal and professional knowledge, styles, and characteristics that leaders need to meet the challenges of professional success and entrepreneurship.
- Get used to defining goals, establishing action plans, and evaluating and reflecting on your own experiences.
- Strengthen your self-esteem and self-knowledge and the confidence of being able to achieve any goal through your own accomplishments and talents.
- To become a human being responsible for one's own behaviors and motivated to contribute in a socially responsible way to the community.
- Develop the confidence, responsibility, skills, and attitudes that tend to accelerate the effectiveness and individual performance of successful professionals.
