ISEG Lisbon hosted a delegation from the MMO Management & Organization course at TiasNimbas Business School as part of the internationalization of corporate business between Portuguese and Dutch entities. The theme of the trip was the comparative study of business systems and management practices in each country, based on the internationalization of corporate business in the economic, social and technological contexts of Portuguese organizations and companies. The TiasNimbas Business School at the University of Tillburg is a top-ranked Dutch business school specializing in executive training and has organized this initiative in partnership with the Portugal-Netherlands Chamber of Commerce. Over the course of a week, the delegation visited various Portuguese companies and organizations in order to discuss issues related to strategic management practices from the perspective of globalization and sustainable development; the pursuit of productivity, quality, flexibility, innovation, research and development in a competitive environment, as well as human resource management and labour relations from the perspective of a changing economy and labour market.
