NOTE

ISEG's confidence index for September on the short-term development of Portuguese economic activity was 30.2, which essentially reflects a stabilization of the Panel's confidence index in the development of the economic situation compared to the value of the index calculated in July, which was also 30.1.

The consensus of Panel members on economic developments has increased.
