The
IPP - Institute of Public Policy Thomas Jefferson-Correia da Serra, in conjunction with the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (F. Direito/U. Lisboa), is organizing this conference which aims, by revisiting the impact of the various decisions of the Constitutional Court on public policies implemented during the period surrounding the Economic and Financial Assistance Programme, to debate the role of the Constitutional Court in the light of different points of view, with a view to future paths.
