From July 6 to 8, ISEG hosted the EcoMod 2016 International Conference, organized by UECE - ISEG's Complexity and Economics Studies Unit.

This conference was attended by researchers and economists from various countries, who had the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences for conducting policies and decisions in the public and private sectors.

EcoMod2016 also featured a speech by the Minister of Finance and ISEG Professor, Dr. Mário Centeno, who stressed the importance and contribution of research in economic policy decision-making.
