This award was given by the American Accounting Association to the best article published in the area of Management Accounting in the last 5 years.
The distinguished article, " The performance effect of feedback frequency and detail: Evidence from a field experiment in customer satisfaction", was published in the Journal of Accounting Research (Top FT 50 journal) in 2017.
