ISEG celebrated its 109th anniversary last Saturday, May 23rd.
Due to the circumstances in which we found ourselves, the celebrations for ISEG Day and Alumni Day were broadcast live via Facebookso that we could celebrate together, safely, from our homes.
To mark the special date, we invited award-winning singer-songwriter Luísa Sobral to perform a concert in the ISEG courtyard. Amar pelos Dois, Xico, Maria do Mar, O Melhor Presente, Querida Rosa and O Verdadeiro Amor were some of the songs performed by the Portuguese artist.
The broadcast began with a brief swearing-in ceremony for the Pedagogical Council, followed by congratulatory messages from former students and strategic partners, former Presidents and the Rector of the University of Lisbon.
